I’m very glad to know more about your dad and hope that sharing details about him and your relationship has helped you qith this loss.

I eagerly attended your father’s performances in the mid-80s when he came to my school, St. John’s College, every year. This morning I was reflecting on his incredible marionetteering and telling my husband about it because a local puppeteer of international reknown (Lewis Mahlmann) died recently. Mahlmann also was very interested in producing classic works for the puppet stage.

beautiful homage and insightful self reflection. i am compiling a memoir about my father who was far more remote than yours was, yet he changed my life more by his death at 56. Many of the pieces Ive written have been published, but going back each time isn’t easy. It took me until I was 50 to begin and that as in a journalistic format…then came the time travel and I completed “Hush Money.” I’d like to read one or two at your series on night,. They each take about 8 minutes to read. Keep going, keep going…keep writing and brining the Spoken Word series to the public. It’s heart.
